Tip 1: Always be nice to users and respect other people don't be rude and if someone asks for help, help them :3 now for a bad and good example: Bad: Puppy: Hey Wolfyy Wolfyy: uh.. hello.. Puppy: I could use your help, would you help me? Wolfyy: No way!! I will never help you, I don't even know you. Puppy: ..ok.. just wanted some help.. -puppy reports wolfyy- Good example: Puppy: Hey Wolfyy. Wolfyy: Hello there Puppy :D Puppy: Could you help me with something? Wolfyy: Sure, what is it? Puppy: I need clothes, do you know were to buy clothes at? Wolfyy: I do, let me show you! -everyone is satisfied and all is well-
Tip 2: Don't constantly message people messages like "ANYONE NEED HELP?" "HEY DO YOU PEOPLE NEED HELP??" It is annoying and spams the chat, breaking one of the rules. Try to not ask people if they need help.. and if someone is already helping someone don't go up and say "Hey I will help you" and then the user that was originally helping feels bad and like a bad helper, so don't be rude like that let other people have a chance at helping too :)
Tip 3: Follow all the rules and learn all of the rules. If you don't know the rules then if someone breaks a rule, you won't know if they did and you don't know to report them. So if you don't know the rules I suggest learning them from chobots.net/rules and enforce the rules even if a friend breaks the rule, just cause they are your friend does not mean you should let them get away with breaking rules.
Tip 4: Do not ask to become an agent, if you ask it will just lower your chances and you can not become an agent if you constantly ask a staff member or an agent to become an agent yourself and its just plain breaking the rules.
Tip 5: Be active in-game don't come on once a month or every few months.. visit the game regularly. An agent should be able to come on at least 4 hours a day (unless you go on vacation or something, try to tell the staff before though so you don't have to lose your agent status or a chance at becoming an agent)
